Obverse description Printed in terracotta-orange on cream paper in a folk-art letterpress style throughout. The central panel carries the redemption text in Cyrillic block lettering, flanked on left by a decorative initial 'Б' with vertical rule ornament. Two circular denomination medallions reading '20 ПАРА / PARA' anchor the lower left and right corners, while the borders are filled with geometric Serbian folk-pattern ornament. Below the text panel appear two manuscript facsimile signatures above the titles БЛАГАЈНИК (Treasurer) and ПРЕДСЕДНИК (President), with the date line БЕОГРАД, НОВЕМБРА 1919 г. centred beneath; the Belgrade municipal coat of arms is placed at lower centre.

Reverse description Printed in the same terracotta-orange ink, the reverse centres on a detailed vignette of the Belgrade cityscape with a church tower and riverside panorama, surmounted by a spread eagle bearing the Serbian royal crown. Denomination numerals '20' appear at upper left and right alongside the inscription ПАРА, with curved Cyrillic legends arching on either side of the central vignette. The wide decorative border is composed of interlaced Celtic-style knotwork at the sides and geometric folk ornament at top and bottom, with municipal emblems in each lower corner.
