Beschrijving voorzijde	The national seal of Mauritania is depicted at center within the nickel-plated middle ring, featuring a five-pointed star above a crescent, flanked by sprigs of acacia and millet — the traditional heraldic emblems of the republic. The bronze-plated steel core forms a central disc element. The brass-plated outer ring bears the Arabic legend naming the country along the upper arc and the denomination and Hijri year of issue along the lower arc, separated by decorative star stops.
