Above the mosque, two lines of Ottoman calligraphic Arabic script are displayed in the upper field. The circular legend in Latin script reads 'DİYANET İŞLERİ BAŞKANLIĞI'NIN YÜZÜNCÜ YILI' to the left and the centenary dates '1924–2024' to the right, separated by ornamental stops.
