| Obverse description | The tughra of the reigning sultan is positioned at upper centre within an oval cartouche, surrounded by an ornate border of scrollwork and arabesques in reddish-brown ink. The central text panel, rendered in Ottoman script, carries the denomination and state authority inscriptions within a decorative frame. Numeral denomination counters appear at each corner of the note. |
