| Obverse description | Draped bust of Empress Maria Theresia facing right, her hair dressed in loose curls with a ribbon or jeweled ornament at the nape, set within a large laurel wreath that frames the entire central field. The legend encircles the design along the outer rim, reading M.THERESIA.D.G.R. IMP.GE.HU.BO.REG., denoting her titles as Empress and Queen of Bohemia and Hungary.
