Vertical bilingual legends in Polish and Lithuanian flank the vignette on either side, while horizontal headings in Lithuanian at the top and in a Latvian-script phonetic rendering of the penalty clause appear at centre; anti-counterfeiting warning texts in Polish and Lithuanian are set in two columns along the lower margin. |
