| 正面描述 | Green-tinted notgeld on pale green cross-hatched underprint. The left two-thirds of the face carry a detailed etched landscape vignette of Ruine Aggstein, the medieval castle ruin perched dramatically on a rocky cliff above the Danube valley, surrounded by dense woodland and vineyards, signed 'w. Prinzl' at lower left. The right panel, framed by a dotted vine-and-berry border, bears the denomination 'Zwanzig Heller' and the large numeral '20' in Gothic script, with the validity clause 'Gültig bis 30. September 1920' and the anti-counterfeiting warning below. Imprint credits at the bottom margin read 'Entwurf: Radierer Walter Prinzl, Melk.' at left and 'Eduard Sieger, Wien.' at right. |

| 备注 |
Austrian Notgeld at its most locally rooted. The Spitz an der Donau market authority issued these 20 Heller notes during the post-war currency crisis that forced thousands of Austrian municipalities to produce their own small-denomination scrip between 1920 and 1921 — the central government simply could not supply enough coin. Walter Prinzl, working out of Melk just a few kilometres upriver, both designed and etched the plate himself, which is uncommon; most Notgeld commissions separated those roles or outsourced entirely to commercial studios.
Eduard Sieger in Vienna handled the printing. The Jaksc/Pick reference suffix "IIa" indicates a specific paper or printing variant within the Aggstein sub-series.
