The heading reads 'Gutschein der Marktgemeinde Vitis' in Gothic script across the top, with the denomination '20' set within a central rectangular cartouche flanked by 'Heller' on either side. A light green floral guilloche underprint occupies the lower centre field, beneath which appears the validity clause, the expiry date 'Gültig bis 31. Dezember 1920', and a forgery warning, with the facsimile signatures of the Vizebürgermeister F. Pennerstorfer and Bürgermeister B. Muhr printed to the lower left and right respectively. |
