The text sets out the legal basis of the emergency currency issue, stating that the Gemeindevorstehing St. Willibald, Oberösterreich, issues Notgeld by resolution of the municipal committee of 9 May 1920 and pledges redemption with its total assets; a second paragraph confirms redemption in legal tender between 1 and 31 December 1920, and a final line warns that counterfeiting is punishable by law. |
| 背面铭文 | Die Gemeindevorstehing St. Willibald, Oberösterreich, gibt auf Grund des Gemeindeausschuß-Sitzungsbeschlusses vom 9. Mai 1920 Notgeld aus und haftet für die Einlösung mit ihrem ganzen Aktivvermögen. Die Gutscheine werden in der Zeit vom 1. bis einschließlich 31. Dezember 1920 in gesetzlichem Bargelde eingelöst. Die Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft. |
