| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in grey on plain cream paper and carries entirely typeset text in Gothic (Fraktur) script, framed above and below by ornamental scroll borders. The text sets out the legal basis of the emergency currency issue, stating that the Gemeindevorstehing St. Willibald, Oberösterreich, issues Notgeld by resolution of the municipal committee of 9 May 1920 and pledges redemption with its total assets; a second paragraph confirms redemption in legal tender between 1 and 31 December 1920, and a final line warns that counterfeiting is punishable by law. |
