| Obverse description | This Notgeld emergency voucher (Gutschein) was issued as an uncut pair of two half-notes, designated '1. Auflage A' (left) and '1. Auflage B' (right), separated by a vertical row of perforation holes. Each half is framed by a dotted rectangular border and carries the large roman numeral 'XX' in the centre, set against a light blue guilloche rosette underprint. The denomination 'HELLER' appears in bold letterpress below the numeral, with the issuer inscription and redemption text in black typeset Gothic script above and below. |
