Six signatures on a single 20 Heller emergency note is unusual — the full roster of local officials lending their names to back paper most people would rather not have accepted at all.
The Jaksc/Pick reference suffix "IIa" indicates a known variety within the Pöggstall 20 Heller run, suggesting at least one distinct printing or paper variant exists for comparison.
