背面描述	Plain cream-coloured paper printed in black with a wavy-line border frame. The body of the reverse carries a full legal text in German authorising the issue of Notgeld to the value of K 40,000 by resolution of the municipal council of 8 July 1920, with liability guaranteed by the movable and immovable assets of the commune until 31 October 1920. The place and date 'Oeblarn, am 21. Juli 1920' appear below the text, followed by the printed role designations 'Kassier:' and 'Bürgermeister:' above two manuscript signatures.
背面铭文	Auf Grund des Gemeinderatssitzungsbeschlusses vom 8. Juli 1920 wird in der Gemeinde Oeblarn die Einführung des Notgeldes in der Höhe von K 40.000.— (vierzigtausend) bewilligt und mit dem beweglichen und unbeweglichen Gemeindevermögen die Haftung dieses Betrages bis 31.
