The body of the reverse carries a full legal text in German authorising the issue of Notgeld to the value of K 40,000 by resolution of the municipal council of 8 July 1920, with liability guaranteed by the movable and immovable assets of the commune until 31 October 1920. The place and date 'Oeblarn, am 21. Juli 1920' appear below the text, followed by the printed role designations 'Kassier:' and 'Bürgermeister:' above two manuscript signatures. |
