The issuer's name appears in Gothic blackletter within a cartouche at the top, flanked by denomination numerals '20' in square corner panels; the designer's credit 'Entwurf: Emerich Kratti' and printer's imprint 'Druck von F. Kielar, Amstetten' appear in small type below the lower border. |

The main text panel sets out in German the municipal council resolution of 15 April 1920 authorising the issue of vouchers in denominations of 10, 20, and 50 Heller, with a guarantee of redemption in legal tender by 30 December 1920. Below the resolution text, the four authorising officials are named in blackletter script, followed by a warning against counterfeiting. |
