The central vignette consists of a decorative Art Nouveau cartouche enclosing a commemorative plaque inscription referencing Professor Dr. Anton Bruckner's living quarters during his time as a school assistant in Kronstorf (1843–1845), with a large initial letter 'N' above the plaque panel; flanking the central frame are two stylised window vignettes with floral and fruit ornamental side borders. The denomination '20 HELLER' appears in bold letterpress at the upper left and upper right corners, with the issuer name 'GEMEINDE · KRONSTORF' set along the lower margin in spaced capitals. |

| 裏面の説明 | Plain tan paper reverse enclosed within a continuous Art Nouveau foliate border of interlocking leaf and bud motifs. The entire field is occupied by a Gothic-script text block stating the municipality's authorisation to issue emergency vouchers to a total value of 50,000 Kronen, backed by its own reserves and redeemable in legal tender by 31 December 1920, dated 'Kronstorf, am 6. Juli 1920.' Below the main text appear the printed titles 'Der Bürgermeister:', '2. Vizebürgermeister:' and '1. Vizebürgermeister:' with three manuscript signatures. The printer's imprint 'Buchdruckerei Enns' is set in small type at the very foot of the note outside the border. |
