| Obverse description | A salmon-pink guilloche underprint covers the entire face, centred by a townscape vignette of Krems an der Donau with a prominent church tower and Gothic spires beneath a clouded sky. Two ornate rosette medallions, each bearing the numeral '20', flank the vignette, with the denomination 'Heller' in Gothic script below. The upper legend 'Kassenschein der Stadtgemeinde Krems a. D.' appears in blackletter, while below the vignette an obligation clause, the date 'Krems, 23. Jänner 1920', and three manuscript signatures with their respective official titles complete the face. |

Oktober 1920 in Zahlung genommen und in der Zeit vom 16. bis 31. Oktober 1920 in gesetzlichem Bargelde eingelöst. Die Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft. |
