The text, set entirely in German Kurrent script, identifies the issuing authority as 'Die Gemeinde Bruck-Waasen, Bezirk Grieskirchen O.Ö.', cites the municipal council resolution of 27 April 1920 authorising the notgeld issue, states the redemption period from 1 to 31 March 1921, and includes a counterfeiting warning. A facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister 'Jos. Wohlmair' appears at lower right. |
