背面描述	Central field displays the interlaced monogram 'JL' surmounted by a grand ducal crown, set within a wreath of oak branches tied at the base. The circular legend GRAND DUCHE DE LUXEMBOURG arcs around the upper periphery, also framed by a decorative beaded or leaf border. The date 9 . 4 . 1953, commemorating the wedding day of 9 April 1953, appears in the lower exergual area beneath the wreath.

附加信息	Struck to commemorate the 1953 marriage of Crown Princess Charlotte's son, Prince Jean, to Princess Joséphine-Charlotte of Belgium, this is effectively Luxembourg's only gold commemorative issue of the postwar twentieth century. The mintage was extremely limited and the pieces were never intended for circulation — distribution was largely ceremonial, directed toward officials and dignitaries rather than the public market. The Delmonte classification reflects its status as an extraordinary issue outside the regular series.
