| 背面描述 | The Virgin Mary is depicted in a frontal, hieratic pose at the centre of the reverse, her arms outstretched and her hands extended downward to support the calm waters upon which the Barque of Peter sails. Her flowing mantle spreads across the composition, forming a boundary between turbulent and still seas, while the Star of the Sea radiates above her figure. The Barque of Peter is rendered in fine detail upon the protected waters in the lower portion of the field. The circular legend CITTA' DEL VATICANO arcs along the upper periphery, and the denomination 20 EURO, the mint mark R, the initials CP, and the inscription IVBILAEVVM 2025 appear in the lower field. |
