The date 1998 is split to either side of the arms, with '19' to the left and '98' to the right. The outer legend REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA arcs across the upper field, while the lower field carries the denomination inscription ONE OUNCE 20 DOLLARS FINE SILVER. The Pobjoy Mint mark 'PM' appears to the lower left of the arms. |
