| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse features the quartered arms of Andorra at center, comprising the episcopal mitre and crozier of the Bishop of Urgell and the bars of the Count of Foix, surrounded by a decorative rope border from which twelve five-pointed stars are suspended, referencing the European Community. The circular legend reads JOAN D.M. BISBE D'URGELL I PRINCEP D'ANDORRA, identifying the co-prince Joan Marti i Alanis in his capacity as Bishop of Urgell and Prince of Andorra. The denomination ECU appears below the shield, with the date 1993 inscribed at the base, all within a finely beaded outer border. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse displays a tall rectangular gold inlay panel at center, depicting a full-length standing figure of Saint George (Sanctus Georgius) in medieval armour, rendered in a Romanesque sculptural style, with a sword held point-down before him and a dragon prostrate at his feet. The engraver's initials LT appear at the lower right of the gold panel. To the left of the panel, the legend ACORD ANDORRA and the denomination 20 D. are inscribed in the silver field, while to the right C.E.E. and the year 1991 appear, commemorating the customs agreement between Andorra and the European Economic Community.
