Obverse description Central vignette shows a detailed schematic map of Libya's Great Man-Made River water tunnel network set against a pastel landscape underprint. Arabic inscriptions identify the issuing authority (Masraf Libya Al-Markazi) and denomination (twenty dinars) to the right, accompanied by a governor's signature below. Geometric guilloche patterns in an Islamic star-motif style frame the note on both sides, with the numeral '20' in a dark cartouche at upper right and a multicolour repeated-numeral '20' panel at lower left.
