The denomination 20 CTS is inscribed in large numerals and abbreviation across the lower portion of the field, with the stems of the wheat sheaf serving as a natural central divider. The design is uncluttered and strongly geometric, consistent with the Art Deco aesthetic of the engraver Pierre Turin. |
