To her left stands a prominent fasces — the Fascist regime's emblematic symbol — surmounted by the Savoy shield and fitted with an axe at its base. The denomination C.20 appears in the lower field, flanked by the year of issue to the right and, to the left, the mint mark R accompanied by the Roman numeral year of the Fascist Era.
