Obverse description Printed on dull rose paper with dark red-brown letterpress text throughout. The face carries the denomination '₱0.20' at each corner and the central text block reads 'EMERGENCY SCRIPT OF THE PHILIPPINES' followed by the issuing authority clause. Three manuscript signatures appear at the lower centre beneath the printed titles 'Treasurer', 'Auditor', and 'Dep-Governor', with a circular official stamp partially visible at right.
