| Description de l’avers | Central field bears four principal Chinese ideograms arranged in a cruciform reading pattern, top to bottom and right to left, flanked by a decorative floral rosette at centre. The entire central motif is encircled by a continuous band of Chinese and Manchu inscriptions denoting the provincial mint authority, reign title, and denomination. The legend reads in Chinese characters naming Chekiang Province and the Guangxu Emperor, accompanied by Manchu script identifying the Boo-je mint. The design is executed in low relief with fine detail characteristic of provincial machine-struck coinage of the late Qing dynasty. |

| Description du revers | Two sinuous Imperial dragons confronting one another in high relief, flanking a central raised pearl or flaming sphere at the centre of the field. The dragons are rendered in the classic Qing provincial style with detailed scales, claws, and flowing whiskers, their bodies coiling symmetrically amid scrolling clouds and stylised waves at the base. The entire design is enclosed within a toothed inner border and a plain raised rim, with no peripheral legend on the reverse. The overall composition is bold and dynamic, characteristic of late Qing machine-struck copper cash coinage. |
