| 正面描述 | The State Emblem of Kazakhstan and the national flag are positioned at left, flanking a vignette of the Kazakh Eli monument erected in 2009 on Independence Square in Nur-Sultan, symbolising national independence and continuity of generations. Peace doves are shown in flight above the Mäñgilik El triumphal arch, rendered against a multilayered guilloche underprint in national colours. Inscriptions in Kazakh identify the issuing authority and denomination. |

| 备注 |
Kazakhstan declared independence on 16 December 1991, and this commemorative issue marks exactly thirty years from that date. Goznak in Moscow printing a note celebrating Kazakh independence carries an obvious irony, though the relationship is entirely practical — Goznak has supplied security printing services to several post-Soviet states that lack domestic high-security facilities capable of hybrid substrate production.
The hybrid substrate — a polymer-paper composite — was a deliberate choice for a commemorative, offering enhanced durability and a surface that accommodates the kind of fine-detail security features expected of a prestige issue rather than everyday circulation stock.
