正面描述	Pink and dark brown letterpress Gutschein with an ornate guilloche border enclosing the entire face. A central pink underprint vignette carries a standing male figure holding a sword or blade-type implement, alluding to Solingen's historic cutlery trade, with the denomination "Zwanzigtausend Mark" in bold Gothic blackletter script across the centre and the numeral "20.000" repeated at top and bottom. The city's official circular seal and the manuscript signature of the Oberbürgermeister appear in the lower portion alongside the issuing date "Solingen, 18. Juli 1923".
