Reverse description The elaborately detailed arms of Reuss, a quartered shield supported by two rampant lions, displayed beneath a large princely mantle surmounted by a royal crown with tasseled drapery. The coat of arms is rendered in fine detail with heraldic charges including lions and cranes within the quartered fields. A circular legend in Latin script surrounds the design within a beaded border, commemorating the 25th anniversary of the prince's reign with the date 17 April 1843.
