Reverse description Central device depicting two confronted dragons in high relief, their sinuous bodies entwining around a central Dharma wheel (dharmachakra) set within a decorative inner circle, above a lotus flower and foliate ornaments at the base. The dragons face each other with outstretched claws, rendered in elaborate detail against a mirrored proof field. A bilingual outer legend in Latin script reads ROYAL GOVERNMENT OF BHUTAN · 2 SERTUM at the lower periphery, while a corresponding Dzongkha legend occupies the upper and lateral portions of the border.
