The brass-coloured outer ring carries the country name БЕЛАРУСЬ arching across the upper field and the denomination 2 РУБЛІ along the lower field, both in bold Cyrillic characters. Traditional Belarusian folk ornamental motifs are incused into the ring at the three and nine o'clock positions. |
