正面描述	Against a mirror-polished field, the relief arms of the Russian Federation are centrally placed, surmounted by a semicircular legend along the upper rim reading РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ. The legend is framed on both sides by paired rhombuses. Below the coat of arms, to the left, appear the alloy designation and fineness (Ag 925), and to the right the fine metal content and the Moscow Mint monogram (ММД). Across the lower centre, in three lines, the inscription БАНК РОССИИ, the denomination 2 РУБЛЯ, and the date 2016 г. are inscribed.

背面描述	Against a mirror-polished field, a red kite (Milvus milvus) is depicted in high relief, soaring in flight with wings fully extended. The bird is rendered in fine naturalistic detail, capturing the characteristic forked tail and broad wingspan of the species. To the upper right, a curved inscription follows the rim, reading КРАСНЫЙ КОРШУН (Red Kite). The composition is centred within a plain inner field, with no exergual line or additional border devices.
