Obverse description Frontal bust of a deity or royal figure depicted in traditional South Indian iconographic style, shown seated or enthroned with arms outstretched. The figure wears an elaborate tiered crown or kireetam surmounted by a flame finial, a prominent beaded necklace, and ornate garments. Flanking inscriptions in Malayalam script appear to the left and right of the central device. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border characteristic of Cochin hammered coinage.

Reverse description Central device depicting a stylised conch shell (shankha), a sacred symbol of the Cochin royal house and an emblem of Lord Vishnu, rendered in bold relief. A cluster of pellets or globules is arranged to the right of the conch, and a curved element appears at upper centre, possibly representing a crescent or additional regnal symbol. The field is plain and unadorned, with a beaded inner border encircling the entire reverse design.
