| Obverse description | Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, wearing the George IV State Diadem, drop earrings, and a pearl necklace, engraved in high relief with finely detailed hair and crown jewels. The legend ELIZABETH · II · DEI · GRA · REGINA · ALDERNEY · C.I. arcs around the periphery, with the date 2022 positioned in the lower exergue.
