Description de l’avers	Light orange underprint with ornamental perimeter framing enclosing blue Catalan-language letterpress text. The Andorran coat of arms appears as a central vignette in the upper portion of the note. The face value and issuing authority are stated in the body of the text, framed by the decorative border.
Légende de l’avers	CONSELL GENERAL DE LES VALLS D`ANDORRA VAL PER DOS PESSETES EMISSIÓ ACORDADA PEL MOLT IL·LUSTRE CONSELL GENERAL EN DATA 19 DESEMBRE 1936 (Translation: General Council of the Valleys of Andorra Valid for Two Pesetas Issue agreed by the very illustrious General Council on December 19, 1936)
Description du revers	Plain white ground with blue letterpress text reproducing the full text of Decree No. 112 authorizing the issue, printed in Catalan across six numbered articles. The place and date of issue, ANDORRA la VELLA, 19 Desembre del 1936, appear in italics at the foot of the decree, above the serial number. A circular validation stamp is present.
