The central field contains the full text of the contract between the Gobierno Nacional and the Banco Industrial dated 18 May 1918, including Cláusula 3a and 2a referencing Ley 24 de 1905, arranged in two columns flanked by side panels. A left panel notes interest terms of 4% annual payable by annuities, and a right panel states the cédula is amortisable by annual sorteos over ten years; two punch-cancellation holes are visible at the lower left. |
