The text 'LETRAS DE TESORERÍA GARANTIZADAS CON REGALÍAS PETROLÍFERAS PETROM' and the denomination 'DOS PESOS VALOR NOMINAL' are printed centrally, with two facsimile signatures below identifying the Contador General and Tesorero General de la Provincia; the serial number and series designation appear at upper right.
