Obverse description	The obverse is dominated by a central portrait vignette of Dardo Rocha, rendered in fine intaglio-style engraving against a light guilloche underprint in pale blue and yellow tones. The provincial coat of arms of Buenos Aires appears at the lower left, while the heading 'PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES' is printed in bold red lettering across the top.
