A spread-eagle vignette is centred in the upper portion within a large blue 'V' formed by diagonal lines, below which the promise-to-pay text and denomination 'TWO PESOS' appear in bold letterpress. The seal of the Province of Iloilo is at lower right, flanked by three manuscript signatures identifying the Provincial Auditor, the Manager of the Philippine National Bank Iloilo branch (serving as Chairman), and the Provincial Fiscal. |
