| Obverse description | Plain cream stock with brown letterpress text throughout; the issuer name 'Ajuntament de Cubells' appears across the top in serif lettering, followed by a serial number in the upper right ('Núm.'). To the left of centre, a small shield bearing the four vertical bars of the Catalan coat of arms serves as the principal vignette, flanked by the denomination 'dues pessetes' in bold brown type.
