The layout is divided into two columns under the headings 'UPUTNICA NA DVA PERPERA' and 'VALIA PERMI DY PERPERA', with the equivalent value stated as 'JEDAN ZVEČEĆI PERPER ILI JEDNU KRUNU' and 'NJI PERPER T'PREEM A SE NJI KORONË'.
