The legend "ROYAL GOVERNMENT OF BHUTAN" runs along the upper margin in Roman capitals, with "TWO NGULTRUM" and its Dzongkha equivalent at foot, and the caption "SIMTOKHA DZONG" inscribed beneath the central vignette. |
