The inscription identifies the issuing authority as the Sangpyeong (Ever-Normal) Treasury of the Joseon Dynasty. The field is plain, enclosed by a broad outer rim. The coin is cast bronze, displaying characteristic patination with areas of green verdigris consistent with age. |
