März 1922 / DER MAGISTRAT', followed by two facsimile signatures. To the left, the Arms of Berlin — a rampant bear on a shield — appears below the denomination '2 MARK' in a decorative cartouche; to the right, a circular embossed seal is set within a stylised vase-shaped frame bearing the inscription 'GUT FÜR ZWEI MARK'.
