| Descrizione del dritto | The central panel carries a dense red letterpress underprint formed by the repeated text 'MAGISTRAT BERLIN STÄDTISCHES STRASSENBAHNMAGISTRAT', over which the main black typeset text reads 'Bei Benutzung der städtischen Straßenbahn BERLIN / 1. März 1922 / DER MAGISTRAT', followed by two facsimile signatures. To the left, the Arms of Berlin — a rampant bear on a shield — appears below the denomination '2 MARK' in a decorative cartouche; to the right, a circular embossed seal is set within a stylised vase-shaped frame bearing the inscription 'GUT FÜR ZWEI MARK'. The upper and lower borders carry the legend 'GILT BIS AUF WIDERRUF DURCH BEKANNTMACHUNG IM GEMEINDEBLATT.' |
