| Reverse description | Printed in red on pink paper with the same all-over guilloche underprint of crossed-hammer mining motifs as the obverse. Three interlocking circular guilloche rosettes occupy the centre, the middle one bearing a shield with crossed hammers — the heraldic emblem of the Mansfeld copper-shale mining company — flanked by the numeral '2' in each outer rosette with 'Mark' below. The issuer's name in Gothic script runs across the top, 'Eisleben' appears at the bottom, and a rectangular blue handstamp reading 'Ungültig' is applied to the upper left. |
