Corner reserves in plain white display the denomination numeral '2', while the centre presents the title 'Gutschein' in bold black Fraktur above the value line 'Mk. 2.- (Zwei Mark)', the place and date 'Harburg, 11. November 1918', and the two-line issuer name 'F. Thörl's Vereinigte Harburger Oelfabriken Aktiengesellschaft' accompanied by a manuscript signature. The outer frame is composed of a chain of oval cartouches printed in black. |

| Opis rewersu | The reverse is printed on plain cream paper within a simple single-line rectangular black border, enclosing a five-line redemption text in black Fraktur script stating that the voucher is redeemable at the local branch of the Hannoversche Bank from 2 January 1919, with a final presentation deadline of 1 February 1919. A large violet cancellation stamp reading 'Ungültig' (invalid) is applied across the upper right portion of the field, confirming the note was duly presented for redemption and cancelled. |
