Dodatkowe informacje	Iceland had no mint of its own, so these were struck in Copenhagen — a pointed irony given that the 1925 issue appeared just as Icelandic independence sentiment was hardening following the 1918 Act of Union, which made Iceland a sovereign kingdom in personal union with Denmark. The arrangement satisfied almost no one on the Icelandic side, and pressure for full separation grew steadily throughout the run of this coinage.
