Reverse description The crowned Royal Arms of Denmark occupy the central field, depicting three passant blue lions accompanied by nine red hearts on a gold shield, surmounted by an elaborate royal crown rendered in fine detail. The date is split on either side of the shield in the middle field, with the left numeral pair to the left and right numeral pair to the right. The denomination 2 KRONER arcs along the upper periphery above the crown, with a raised inner rim encircling the entire design.
